PROCESSING TIME & DISPATCH

Domestic orders received before our morning cut-off leave our studio on the same business day. Anything placed after the cut-off is sent out on the next business day.

Please note: delays on the carrier's side, whether postal service or courier, are outside our control.

We ship international parcels on Mondays and Thursdays.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION & TRACKING MY ORDER

Be sure to look in your junk folder. As soon as your order ships, an automatic email containing your tracking details will be sent to you.

Your shipping confirmation email lets you follow your parcel once it is on its way. If your tracking details never arrive, please get in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.

Enter the tracking number from that email on the carrier's website to follow your delivery online.

It may take a few hours after you receive your number before tracking goes live. If you cannot find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, contact our Customer Service team via our contact page and you can expect a reply within 1-2 business hours.

PROMOTIONAL SALES

During promotional or warehouse sale periods, shipping and dispatch times may be longer than usual.

US ORDERS

Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders above our current threshold, shown at checkout.

Free express shipping is available on larger domestic orders above our express threshold, shown at checkout.

All domestic orders are sent with a trusted local carrier. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are listed below:

Standard - 3-6 business days

Express - 1-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Postage is calculated at checkout.

Every overseas order travels by express courier. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are listed below:

Standard - 7-14+ business days

Express - 2-7+ business days

Checkout will show the exact delivery estimate for your country.

For overseas orders, your order total does not cover local taxes or duties, which may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. If a parcel comes back to us because taxes and duties were not paid, or because it was left unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it again. These parcels cannot be refunded.
